You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange if the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange request, please contact us at contact@dolci.pk with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selected by the customer, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery, items without their original tags or packaging, sale or discounted items, custom or personalized products, or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Once your request has been approved and the returned item has been inspected, we will arrange a replacement. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an exchange for another item of equal value.

Refunds
Dolci does not offer refunds. Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement or exchange only. Refunds to the original payment method or store credit will not be provided.
